License Agreement

All images and media are licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable basis.

Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights as outlined below. Usage rights are issued solely to the commissioning client and may not be transferred, assigned, or sublicensed without prior written permission from Meghann Padgett.

Licensed media may be used for approved marketing, promotional, and personal purposes, depending on the nature of the project. Usage beyond the agreed scope requires additional licensing.

Third parties are not granted usage rights. Any individual or business seeking to use the media must obtain licensing directly through Meghann Padgett.

Real Estate Licensing

For real estate projects, usage rights remain valid indefinitely while the commissioning agent holds the active listing. If the listing changes representation, usage rights are relinquished and new licensing is required.

Third-Party Requests

If a third party, including publications, vendors, designers, or other collaborators, requests usage, the client agrees to refer them directly to Meghann Padgett. Approval of additional usage may be subject to licensing fees.

Photographer Rights

All images remain the intellectual property of Meghann Padgett. The photographer retains the right to use media for portfolio, marketing, self-promotion, and professional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
