Group rates are available if you know of a third party (architect, builder, etc.) who is interested in using the images.

Process
No surprises here—read on to learn what you can expect when we work together.

DISCOVERY CALL
We set up a time for a 20-30 minute chat about your business, your project, and your
photography needs and goals (including a rough shot list). This gives me an idea of how I can best help you, and we can both learn more about each other. We can also discuss any add-on options, like portraits of you in the space, video for social or website, and cost-sharing with other vendors.

PHOTO SHOOT
On the day of our session, you can be as involved in the creative process as you like. I
will have my computer so you can preview every image, ensuring that the composition and styling are exactly what you want. I try to keep the session low-stress, focused, and fun. Ideally the space is styled beforehand with florals and props that enhance your design and help the home look lived-in.

IMAGE SELECTION
Shortly after our shoot, I will send you a gallery of lightly edited proofs from which you can select the images you'd like to move forward with. Then I will get to work on your final edits— a process that involves layering multiple ambient and flash images to create a final product that has clean, accurate colors, perfect exposure, and dynamic lighting.

IMAGE DELIVERY
Within 3-4 weeks, you will receive your retouched images in an online gallery. Then you
are welcome to share the images on your website, social media, blogs, and other platforms to grow your business and showcase your work. If you plan on submitting to a publication, just be sure that they do not require exclusivity before posting to your social media or website— and please loop me in, I’m happy to help!
